Form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc., which delivers them to us by email. Formspree acts as our data processor and retains submissions in accordance with its own retention settings and privacy policy. Nothing you submit is stored on this website itself.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, normally within 24 months of last contact.

Where your data is stored

Our email is provided by Microsoft 365 with data held in UK or EU data centres. Formspree may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
